Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and any profile information you choose to submit.

We also collect the content you upload or send through the service, including links, text notes, files, screenshots, photos, voice recordings, reminders, and other content captured through supported workflows.

When you use Memorie, we may collect device, diagnostics, and usage information such as app version, device identifiers, error logs, notification tokens, interaction events, and performance signals so we can operate and improve the service.

Memorie uses product analytics and session analytics tools, including PostHog, Sentry, and Microsoft Clarity, that record in-app events, performance and crash diagnostics, and anonymized interaction and screen-usage information. These tools are used to diagnose problems and improve the product, and are not used for advertising.

Memorie is an AI product. To organize, summarize, transcribe, enrich, and answer questions about what you save, the content you submit is transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI and content-processing providers that operate on our behalf. This includes the text, links, documents, images, and voice recordings you choose to capture, and the questions you ask.

This processing is how the product works, so by saving content to Memorie you agree to it. If you would prefer your content not be processed this way, do not save it to Memorie, and you can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

These providers process your content solely to return a result to Memorie. We do not permit them to use your content to train their models, and we do not sell your content.

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, store memory content, process uploads, organize captured information, power search and recall features, send reminders, and improve reliability.

We may also use information to prevent abuse, debug failures, analyze product performance, support subscriptions, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Where Memorie uses AI-assisted processing, submitted content may be analyzed to extract structure, summaries, titles, metadata, and relationships that make your memory easier to retrieve later.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Memorie, including vendors used for hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, notifications, search, AI processing, and subscription infrastructure.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and backup processes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can review or update certain account details within the app and control device-level permissions such as microphone, camera, notifications, and file access through your device settings.

Because AI processing is how Memorie organizes and retrieves what you save, it cannot be turned off separately. If you no longer want your content processed, delete your account from Settings and stop sending content through the linked capture channels.

If you choose to stop using Memorie, you may request or initiate account deletion subject to limited retention needs for security, fraud prevention, backup cycles, and legal compliance.

Memorie is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent. If you believe a child provided information in violation of applicable law, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, email, or other appropriate channels.
