You may use Memorie only if you are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction and can form a binding agreement.

Memorie is a personal memory and knowledge organization service that lets users capture information, upload content, generate structured pages, search their history, receive reminders, and access AI-assisted features.

We may add, remove, improve, suspend, or limit features at any time, including limits tied to plan level, platform requirements, or operational needs.

You agree not to use Memorie to violate the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or store or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

You also agree not to misuse the platform in ways that could harm other users, our systems, or our ability to provide the service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Memorie. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and allow us to process it on your behalf.

Memorie may use automated and AI-assisted systems to summarize, classify, organize, extract, and surface information from the content you provide.

These outputs are intended to assist you and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your use.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, limits, billing intervals, refunds, and available plans may vary by platform and may change over time.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may also be governed by the app store or payment provider through which you subscribed.

You may stop using Memorie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed Memorie to legal, security, or abuse-related risk.

Memorie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of reminders, search results, or AI-generated outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorie and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Memorie after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
